Measure the distance from the front end of the boom (= front end of mast) straight to the center of the balance point of the harness lines. Use a line tied to the boom on the both sides at the center of harness lines straps as shown in the picture in order to get an exact value.
Be sure that the harness lines are placed symmetrically on both sides of the boom. Check also out that the straps of the harness lines are equally apart from each other on both sides of the boom. |
